Status on the novel situation

Today I have sent off a novel for a womens magazine. It is one of the cheesy kinds, and only suitable for housewifes and older women.
Who knows, I might just some day be able to call myself a writer with published material.

Meetup at my place

Tonight I have had a lot of nerds in my flat. In fact I don’t think it will ever happen again that that many nerds will be at my flat at the same time.
Of course I am refering to our monthly meetup which I offered a few months ago could be ay my place. So we were 8 of us showing up - pretty impressive showup really!
Anyways, we had a visitor from www.dr.dk, Claus Thor who was talking about the reconstruction of their site, which was very interesting as most people have an opinion about the site. So many good discussions came up and a lot of questions too.
It was a very pleasant evening with much more interaction (and people) than usually. That was nice!

Tonight Malene and I went to Rust to hear Camilla Munck and Moogie Johnson. I didn’t know the music, so I didn’t know what to expect. I must say though, it was a real pleasure to listen to their some how silent songs and voices. They have amazing voices and suit each other very well on stage. Camilla Munck has an extremely beautiful voice - ever so fragile yet powerful, peaceful!

Saga

Nostalgia has ruled tonight! My friend Per invited me to the Saga concert in Amager Bio. I cannot claim to know any of thier music, but I am always up for live music!
Saga is a band from Toronto, as far as I know they are from the late 70’s, they had most succes in Europe compared to their succes in NA.
Their style of music is often compared to Styx and Yes which are band that I have heard of and kind of know.
Anyways, it was greate fun to listen to the music and to experience the audience - not exactly the same people that are usually at the concerts I go to.
It is amazing to see that none of the guys in the band has left the 1980’s (isn’t there a law against perming guys hair?). We were totally brought back to the 80’s with this music, and they played for almost two hours. We could have done with half of that, but it really was fun.
